iFLEXiHRMS ESS Employees Self Services is a web platform application open for employee to access via company’s intranet, portal or kiosk machine. Internet has created a new economy, which by its explosive growth and sheer size already changed our perception of traditional way of doing business and that also influences Human Capital Management. In iFLEXiHRMS Employees Self Services consists of 7 Separate different modules. The idea and intention of this module is to eliminate paper printing and reduce the workload for Managers, HOD, HR and Payroll staffs.

Allow staff to verify their employee record as well as submit request to update their personal data whenever there are changes such as qualifications, addresses and family data. Such requests will be routed for supervisors and managers approval.

Allow employees to view, same and print out their payslip within certain period of time. There are sic type of reports that can be accessed by normal employees including the payslip, EA form, YTD PCB Listing, YTD EPF Listing, Income Tax PCB Listing and EC Form.

In attendance section, employees can trace back their attendance records within certain period of time. Furthermore, the standard results can be directly export into three distinct file formats based in user requirement such as PDF, XLS, and XLSX file formats.

Incorporates leave application, leave planning, leave cancellation and various leave inquires such as leave balance, leave history, leave calendar and leave summary.

Overtime scheduling and approval by manager, it also allows OT scheduling viewing to be accessible by staffs.

The submitted appraisal form will be flow to respective supervisors / managers for approval via email. It assist the HR or Claim Administrator and supervisors to view all staff appraisals approved by each supervisor online and staff could view their own appraisal online easily.
